Our Rooms Our rooms are simple, but funky! Most of our rooms are relatively small, but we do have some large family-sized rooms, two junior suites and a penthouse suite with a marvellous panoramic view of the Bay of Funchal. All our rooms have private bathrooms with plenty of hot water and fresh towels, and daily maid service. The rooms are simply and brightly decorated with wooden floors and many feature original art. Rooms are let on a bed and breakfast or half-board basis, and prices include tax. Our half-board terms, at €15 per person for three courses, represent outstanding value for money. Our rooms do not have TV’s, mini-bars or kettles, but we do have a TV lounge, a Wi-Fi area and a lovely terrace where you can enjoy afternoon tea, drinks and meals.

Standard Rooms Part of our charm is that all our rooms are different, because we are a converted property, as opposed to a purpose-built identikit hotel, so in a sense no room is Standard. This is why we often give our customers a choice of room on arrival, whenever possible. In our case, Standard means that the room has no balcony and no guaranteed view. Add a comment | |
Balcony Rooms These rooms are the same in all respects to Standard rooms, except that they have a balcony. Some balcony rooms have side or front sea views and are therefore more expensive. Add a comment |

Suites and Family rooms We have a large suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a large balcony with a view over the Bay of Funchal.
